The plain-language terms for using MotionVise. Have this reviewed by counsel before a public launch.
Using MotionVise
MotionVise lets you design, generate and export motion graphics, by hand in the studio, with the motion agent, or from tools you connect over MCP and the API. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API tokens to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including requests made with tokens you create. Tell us if you think your account has been misused.
Your content
Your projects, uploads, prompts and exported videos are yours. You give us permission to store, process and render them to provide the service, and to send them to the AI providers that power the features you use. Only upload media you have the rights to use, and don't use MotionVise to infringe anyone else's rights.
How we use data to improve the service
We save your agent chats, the versions the agent proposed and what you did with them, so your chats are there when you return and the agent keeps context. We may review this data, and how the product is used, to improve the agent and the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content, and we don't use it to advertise to you.
AI features
The motion agent and AI audio are generated by third-party models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's output, so review what the agent proposes before you apply, publish or rely on it. You decide what to apply, and you can revert an applied change. With Auto permissions you allow the agent to decide and apply changes for you. Don't ask the agent to create content that is unlawful, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights.
Credits, plans and payments
Plans include monthly AI credits, and you can buy top-ups. Agent runs use credits based on the model's actual usage, and runs that fail to deliver are not charged. Prices, credit amounts and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change, with notice for existing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, get around limits or verification, access other people's data, or use it for spam, malware or illegal content. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MotionVise available and your work safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Export copies of anything important. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll update these terms when we do; continuing to use MotionVise after an update means you accept it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in account settings. That deletes your projects, media, chats and tokens. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MotionVise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
